Chomi combines meticulous techniques that she learned from her classical studies with a free flow of paint, as an expression of her personal growth and the tension that exists between the secular and modern world. In her work, she explores everyday moments of Israeli life as well as traditional objects with symbolic value. Her art connects the traditional and the contemporary, allowing her to find a new connection to her roots from a new perspective.
