Deborah Fischer, born in Brazil in 1991, is a graduate with a bachelor's degree from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, where she graduated with honors. Raised in Kibbutz Kfar Haruv, Fischer's interdisciplinary art practice integrates research-based installations within marginalized communities and periphery sites. She has been nominated for a Fulbright scholarship for MFA studies at the Rhode Island School of Design for the academic year 2024-2025.
